Location, Location, Location

Hilton East has been a fixture of the Hilton community in Upstate NY since its inception in 1974. Set on six acres and less than half a mile to the village center, Hilton East offers both privacy and convenience. Salmon Creek provides a backdrop for our beautifully landscaped grounds and courtyard. Two mini-plazas, the library, bank, post office, several eateries and many shops are within walking distance allowing our residents to continue to be active, vibrant members of the community at large. In addition to this, Greece Ridge Mall and many other attractions are just a short drive away.

Dedicated Staff

Our staff has a track record of quality that spans decades. In a recent survey our residents overwhelmingly agreed that that our aides are responsive, reliable and display a positive attitude. Our Administrator and Case Manager, in conjunction with our other caregiving staff, work with our residents and their families to ensure that they are receiving the quality care they deserve. For those residents desiring additional levels of personalized care and assistance, our Angels in Your Home program is available to support our Assisted Living services.

Multiple Options

In addition to Assisted Living services which can be further supported by our Angels in Your Home program, Hilton East is unique to be licensed by the New York State Department of Health as an Assisted Living Program. A maximum of 35 residents can take advantage of this special program, which provides nursing care for those residents who exceed the standards of an Assisted Living Residence but want to avoid nursing home placement..
